I would make the lamps in the foreground a bit of a lighter color, not brighter looking just a lighter color. Thats just what i would do, but because you painted it, you decide when it is complete, and I think you did a fantastic job.

nice! I tried a thing with pencil where you try not to ever pick up the pencil, so technically the drawing is all one line. I drew an owl and it looked like a bunch of circles but still cool.

there is a program called paint, it isnt ms paint, just paint, and it makes pixel art very easy.
