Very cool, I design... well help design motors for electric cars, and this has sense to it, it would work pretty much the same as a regular electric motor.
what i like about your concept is that if the magnet was strong enough to spin jet style turbines you would have a "flying car" lol

the car looks cool, i like the artistic style, if you wanted to make it look a little more racy try making it look lower to the ground.
